Sold my G27 since it’s no good for PS4, finally getting around to GT Sport. I liked the G27 and assume the 29 is just a tarted up newer version. Is the equivalent Thrustmaster better, worse or just similar enough to boil down to personal preference? Anyone have experience with either/both?
I think the T150 Thrustmaster is the equivalent? Or is it the 300? From the photo it looks like the G29 is nicer.
Anyone selling one?

A word of caution for the g29: mine loses calibration mid game, usually when I’m steering furiously.
It started about a year after i bought it.

I have only used / owned the T150, on a PC. I like it, but have no real basis for comparison to other wheels. It works well enough in DiRT Rally and Assetto Corsa. It can be found for less than the Logitech, but you lose the third pedal if that’s important. With the T150 you have upgrade options by way of a shifter and / or pedal set - go here and click “Ecosystem.” The stock pedal set base is not quite heavy enough to keep it still if it’s free-standing, but there are mounting holes in the bottom (metal threads.)
My impression is that Thrustmaster caters more to the enthusiast with the various wheels, motors, pedals, shifters / brakes and such. Once you get into the Fanatec price range I’m not sure how that price / performance comparison looks.

this plus Logitech’s obvious money grab not supporting the G27 on PS4 made me go grab a T150 Pro. So far my biggest complaint is the T150 wheel feels a bit cheap...I’ll need some time to form an opinion on the dynamics.

Decided to try the Thrustmaster based on reviews suggesting the gear/belt combo is better than the gear setup in the Logitech, more than one complaint like ItalianJobR53 mentioned and Logitech’s non support of the G27 on PS4 smelling of a money grab...read up on it and it sounds like they decided to just not bother.

The brake pedal is too stiff as well which would have been OK I had a dedicated rig. What’s worse is that the pedal is stiff as well as vague somehow. You can always remove the stiffning block tho
